Copyright notices should be sent to: Aura Cloud Services, United States, or by email to hello@auracloudservices.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

If you believe material hosted on our website or systems infringes your copyright, send us a notice including:

• Your name, address, email and phone number.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The exact URL or location of the material you want removed.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material where the notice is valid, and inform the person who provided the material. Incomplete notices may be returned for more information.

If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, where applicable, the courts of England and Wales).

We may restrict or terminate access for users or clients who repeatedly infringe others' intellectual property rights.
